Beginning Yoga

An introductory class that is slower paced that allows the student to learn yoga postures with respect to proper alignment and terminology as well as experiencing the motor learning of yoga movement.

Vinyasa Flow

An energetic vinyasa flow encouraging students to connect breath to movement. Suitable for most levels.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga It combines the athletics of Ashtanga with the flow of Vinyasa. It increases heart rate and builds muscle strength and endurance. Nicole’s Power class is a challenging practice for students of all levels, matching breath and movement. Prepare to sweat!

Easy like Sunday Morning Yoga

Sculpt and Flow

This class is a great balance between mindfulness and a challenging, invigorating, energy shifting, and heartfelt yoga practice. Using controlled body resistance movements this class will increase strength and flexibility, improve lean muscle mass and calm the mind. This is an intermediate level class and perfect for those looking for a new challenge in your practice.

Gentle Hatha

Gentle Hatha Yoga is an exploration of traditional yoga postures meant to increase strength, range of motion, and balance. Whether you've been practicing yoga for years or never been to a yoga class, gentle hatha yoga will ground you in breathwork, foundational poses, and stability. Join us and feel healthy, both inside and out. Suitable for beginners and beyond.

 

Hatha

This class is a balance of effort and ease, as Hatha means sun and moon. We will explore coming back home to the body by honoring the breath and remembering the wisdom we hold within. In this class you can expect a focus on mobility, stability, strength and linking movements with breath, our greatest teacher. This is a slower, more intentional practice and suitable for all levels.

Pilates

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also focusing on precision and control. Pilates is a mind and body practice with benefits that include improved posture, better coordination and balance, increased lung capacity, improved concentration and focus, increased body awareness, pelvic floor strength and injury prevention. Mat work is a great choice for all levels! As you continue to practice Pilates you’ll find yourself increasingly stronger in your deep core & your pelvic floor. A Pilates mat which is thicker than a yoga mat is encouraged.

Morning Flow

Morning Flow allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body, and leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality, clarity, and calmness. This class will meet the beginner and work with individuals to add challenges as we get to know each other.
